I’m a senior configuration analyst at Oracle with 5 years of experience delivering enterprise healthcare technology solutions across Australia, the UK, and the Middle East. My work sits at the intersection of healthcare workflows, business analysis, product configuration, testing, training, and client-facing delivery.

I have worked across Cerner Millennium Pharmacy, CORE, and Clinical Documentation, supporting clients, consultants, pharmacists, clinical users, and technical teams. My experience includes requirements clarification, workflow analysis, configuration and build validation, UAT support, defect triage, go-live and hypercare support, stakeholder escalations, client training, and release support.

In my current role, I lead configuration delivery, review analyst work, mentor junior analysts, and help resolve delivery risks. I have also supported client-facing projects such as Burjeel Hospital's go-live in Abu Dhabi, a Critical Care Management Dashboard implementation, and American Hospital Dubai’s Cerner Millennium domain recovery after a major disruption.
