What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a healthcare IT role where I can partner with clinicians and engineering to turn workflow needs into requirements, UAT scenarios, and release-ready EHR improvements—while improving clarity, triage, and post-release outcomes.

I’m a Senior Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in healthcare technology, working directly with clinical users, client stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams. My focus is turning workflow problems into clear requirements, test scenarios, and system changes that teams can deliver with confidence.

In my current role at Oracle, I supported 10 EHR releases across requirements clarification, workflow validation, UAT support, regression checks, defect triage, readiness, and hypercare. I also ran demos and walkthroughs to collect feedback, explain changes, confirm expected behavior, and help users adopt the system.

I’ve built strong habits around structured issue handling—tracking dependencies and readiness items, preparing requirement notes and testing evidence, and maintaining documentation and handover material. Through this approach, I contributed to an estimated 40% reduction in issue resolution time.

Across enterprise healthcare implementations in the UK, Middle East, and Australia, I’ve helped teams improve usability and reliability. Highlights include validating critical-care dashboard outputs at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire, converting physician feedback into ~20 workflow/customization requests at Hamad Medical Corporation, and supporting a Cerner Millennium domain rebuild within ~3 months after major disruption at American Hospital Dubai.
