What I'm looking for

I am looking for a remote position where I can use my customer service, communication, computer and English skills. I am particularly interested in Customer Support, Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant and other entry-level remote positions. I am looking for a long-term opportunity where I can learn, grow professionally and contribute to a reliable team.

I've supported customers at ETECSA, resolving queries and technical issues while using IPV and internal systems.

In Havana restaurants and paladares, I've provided guest service, handled cash, supported sales, and helped maintain welcoming, organized spaces.

I'm a bilingual Spanish speaker with self-taught B1 English, ready to contribute customer service, virtual assistance, translation, and administrative support skills in a remote international environment.
