I’m a customer support and FinTech operations professional with experience delivering high-quality support in regulated financial environments. In my current role, I resolve account, transaction, and verification issues through live chat and email, investigate suspicious transactions and account activities, and complete customer verification and documentation checks as part of KYC and onboarding. I also explain financial processes and compliance requirements clearly to customers, maintain accurate case notes, and escalate complex cases to fraud and compliance teams when needed.

Previously, I worked as a Quality Assurance Officer, conducting quality checks on support interactions and operational processes, identifying service gaps, and training team members to improve service standards and communication quality. Earlier, as an Operations Executive (Internship), I supported customer-facing workflows, coordinated to resolve issues, and helped identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency. I bring strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving to fast-paced fintech teams.
