At Flowtech for Environmental Solution, I lead sales engineering for the Building services division, supporting building-services design and implementation for hotels, compounds, and emerging projects.
I develop and manage the division’s business plan, guide market analysis, and coordinate engineering consultancy and technical support. I also work with the team on client acquisition and negotiations.
In this role, I establish and maintain client relationships, expand existing business lines, and oversee follow-up reports. I use Odoo to manage project lifecycles and track milestones, schedules, and budgets.
Earlier, as a Senior Sales Engineer at Flowtech, I provided engineering consultancy and technical support and reviewed technical and financial offers. Before that, I prepared tender documents and monitored equipment delivery and installation for swimming pool systems, and worked in mechanical production and site engineering.
