I lead an engineering consultancy in Cairo serving government entities, real estate developers, private companies, and individuals. I drive client acquisition while overseeing architectural design, structural engineering, construction supervision, and project management.

I developed a structured sales conversion system using tiered service packages and systematic follow-up, turning business inquiries into signed contracts. I also created Arabic-language proposal templates and documentation systems to improve proposal quality and accelerate contract closure.

I expanded into government contracting opportunities in Aswan and launched online services for bill of quantities preparation and workflow optimization, creating new revenue streams. My work combines business development, market analysis, strategic partnerships, and client-centered solutions.

Previously, I led housing and utilities infrastructure work at the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities. I managed procurement, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, budgets, stakeholder communications, design standards, construction supervision, and quality assurance across government projects.
