At SCA Brasil, I manage commercial relationships with fuel distributors nationwide, negotiate and qualify carriers and driver partners, and audit large-scale freight contracts and operations.
Previously at Tropical Transportes Ipiranga, I led a five-person multiregional control tower across Brazil’s Center-West, Southeast, and Northeast, managing approximately 120 owned and subcontracted vehicles and coordinating around 35,000 m³ of monthly inbound and outbound flow. I built KPI dashboards, analyzed costs and margins, and used operational synergies to reduce logistics costs and improve fleet productivity.
