What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a finance leadership role partnering closely with the CFO, owning controlling/accounting and FP&A, driving ERP and process transformation, and coaching teams to deliver reliable reporting, better governance, and scalable performance.

I’m a result-driven finance leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong perseverance, and a can-do attitude. I lead by listening, stimulating, and coaching—while relentlessly pursuing process improvements that create real opportunities for people, organizations, and stakeholders. My focus is turning complex finance responsibilities into clear, timely decisions for leadership.

Most recently, I served as Interim VP Controlling for Topdesk, acting as a strategic business partner to the CFO and shareholders with full ownership of accounting. I managed financial close, PPA, and IFRS/GAAP reporting, supported M&A oversight, and owned investment appraisal and timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders. I also supported FP&A through budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in a fast-scaling SaaS/PE-backed environment, while setting up a global finance team and driving an ERP implementation (NetSuite) and leading financial and statutory group audits.

From 2018 to 2023, I was Director of Finance for Advidi & Bidmath, supporting a holding of 25+ entities and €100M+ in revenues. I partnered directly with the CFO and CEO, owned P&L management, built KPI-driven performance management, and enabled data-driven decision-making through Tableau and Salesforce. I led a full finance transformation from start-up to scale-up—standardizing and automating processes and systems (Visma.net, Lucanet, Salesforce), building KPI frameworks and management reporting across group and entities, setting up an international entity structure across Europe and Southeast Asia, ensuring transfer pricing compliance, and managing audits, tax, and broader compliance obligations.

I’ve also strengthened my edge through interim finance and advisory work, including coordinating M&A processes at Enora Media where I prepared due diligence materials and supported investment memoranda. Earlier in my career, I delivered finance operations work as an Assistant Controller at PwC Strategy& across multiple countries and supported integration work and tax filing initiatives, and I began with hands-on accounting at Lupacompany. Across roles, I bring structured leadership, stakeholder clarity, and an execution mindset.
