I’m an Amsterdam-based finance professional and founder who leads the way to tight financial control. I’m a creative problem solver who thrives in small, dynamic teams, and I’m known for clear, positive communication with stakeholders.

Since founding CBPventures, I’ve provided financial management and advice for language-skill startups—supporting early-stage product development with practical, audit-ready accounting. I drive monthly and quarterly closing, supervise year-end closing, and build the accounting foundation across multiple entities, including JV structures with royalties, dividends, and WBSO.

Before that, as a Business Controller at Roamler, I established and improved financial control and reporting to stakeholders, including monthly/quarterly closing and year-end closing. I delivered due diligence for 3 entities and 1 JV under tight deadlines, reduced outstanding debts from 200K to 30K, and discovered 2 cases of a corrupt GL while maintaining integrity.

I also enjoy hands-on leadership across operations and growth—handling logistics, order processing, and credit management—while tackling long-standing issues with tax authorities. I’ve addressed 6 years of backlogs through close coordination, and I still “self-start” relentlessly to improve processes, whether through financial platforms (co-developed) or client-focused fiscal and administrative support.
