I’m a FP&A and Financial Controlling professional with 6 years of experience in multinational environments across Central Europe and Spain. I build strong budgeting and forecasting cycles, deliver management reporting, and use variance analysis and KPI monitoring to support decision-making. I’ve also improved financial processes by leveraging ERP systems and BI tools.
Since Nov 2024, I’ve been working as Financial Controlling Manager in Amsterdam, owning monthly management reporting for CE, including P&L analysis, cost control, and KPI tracking. I lead budgeting and forecasting, coordinate inputs with business stakeholders, and identify risks and opportunities through variance analysis. I act as a finance business partner for operational teams and focus on strengthening internal controls to increase efficiency and data quality.
Before that, I developed rigorous analytical and reporting discipline through external audit roles in Amsterdam and Barcelona. At KPMG Netherlands and PwC Spain, I analyzed financial performance under IFRS, reviewed management reports and financial controls, coordinated audit planning with clients, and supervised junior team members. Earlier, as an Accountant / Junior Financial Analyst, I supported monthly reporting and budgeting/forecasting activities and helped maintain financial records.
