I install, configure, and repair hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, printers, CCTV systems, and PCs, and I proactively monitor networks to resolve issues before they impact operations.

I hold MTCNA certification and bring strong troubleshooting, vendor-collaboration, and communication skills to technical support roles.
