What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an IT networking role where I can contribute to network installation, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting. I also have experience using Microsoft Word and Excel for document management, data processing, and accurate data entry. I'm eager to learn new technologies and continuously improve my skills.

I've supported PT Lintasmaya Multimedia by troubleshooting customer internet disruptions, maintaining and monitoring network devices, and installing internet services including Starlink. I resolved more than 10 network-issue cases in two weeks.

I'm a SMKN 7 Samarinda graduate in Computer and Network Telecommunications Engineering, with AWS Academy Graduate, MTCNA, and LSP Computer Network Engineering certifications. I work with Winbox, VirtualBox, Microsoft Word, and Excel, and bring discipline, teamwork, and a willingness to learn new technology.
