I've delivered end-to-end business analysis for India's Government e-Marketplace (GeM) platform at Evorise Technology, translating procurement needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow improvements.

I led UAT cycles, tracked and closed 100+ critical system defects in JIRA, and built MIS dashboards that gave leadership real-time visibility into delivery milestones and KPIs.
