I’m an Enterprise Data & AI Leader with 20+ years of P&L-focused leadership, orchestrating AI-led digital transformation and enterprise modernisation across NBFC, retail, and manufacturing at scale. I architect agentic workflows, AI Centres of Excellence (CoE), and Human-AI Orchestration frameworks—using Multi-Agent Systems, RAG, and advanced analytics—to turn fragmented legacy operations into AI-first organisations.
