At Centaur Billing, I lead a five-member software and RPA team delivering internal products and automation initiatives for healthcare operations. My portfolio includes 25 automation bots and workflow solutions that freed more than 20 FTE-equivalents of manual effort.

I've delivered Alpha for workflow execution and monitoring, iTrak for employee activity tracking, and a React.js IT ticketing tool for internal support workflows. I build Python automations that reduce manual work and translate operational needs into scalable tools.

Previously, I developed face comparison, screen locking, watermarking, web scraping, portal-download, email follow-up, and data-processing solutions across Allysmart and athenahealth.
