What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end RPA and intelligent automation initiatives, combining UiPath, Document Understanding, Agentic AI, and enterprise integrations while mentoring developers and collaborating closely with clients.

At UST, I lead end-to-end UiPath automation delivery across healthcare and retail, from feasibility studies and solution design through deployment, monitoring, and hyper-care support.

I've automated SAP, ServiceNow, IBM mainframes, MS Office, PDF, Citrix, Java, web, desktop, and email workflows. I also design RPA solutions integrating APIs, databases, Azure, AWS, and enterprise systems.

Across Elevance Health, Aptia Mercer UK, Healthproof, PepsiCo, and WebPT projects, I've improved bot reliability, migrated Blue Prism workflows to UiPath, and developed multi-bot architectures for high-volume processes.

I'm comfortable leading offshore delivery, client demos, SME sign-offs, Agile sprint planning, production support, technical governance, and mentoring RPA developers. I've also completed POCs in Document Understanding and Agentic AI automation.
