I've supported AI/LLM data operations at Innodata and Amazon, delivering multilingual and multimodal annotation, prompt and response evaluation, content moderation, and quality assurance for LLM, Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision models.

At Amazon, I served as an Auditor/Quality Analyst and Project Point of Contact across multiple AI programs. I maintained 99%+ quality accuracy, led onboarding and training, resolved annotation and quality queries, and partnered with stakeholders to improve workflows.

I also designed an internal productivity automation solution for tracking completed tasks and average handling time, improving operational visibility and reporting efficiency. This work earned me the Amazon Prime Player Award in 2025.

I'm hands-on with text, image, video, and audio datasets and tools including Amazon SageMaker, Appen, SuperAnnotate, TELUS GTS tools, Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python. I bring a quality-focused approach to annotation auditing, safety classification, dataset curation, and high-volume operations.
