I’m a supply chain operations professional with 6+ years of progressive experience in cross-border chemical logistics and hazardous goods transportation, including ADR/REACH/CLP compliant movements. In my current role as Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Operations at BloomchemAG, I lead end-to-end Europe operations across multimodal lanes from Rotterdam and Antwerp to EU inland destinations.

I drive operational excellence through strategic procurement and carrier negotiation, KPI management (OTIF, demurrage, detention, and tank turnaround time), and freight cost benchmarking with variance analysis versus budget. I ensure seamless execution by coordinating with operations, sales, customs brokers, and terminal operators, while leveraging SAP, Oracle SCM, and Transporeon for planning, reporting, and freight invoice auditing.
