At Commonwealth Bank of Australia, I lead delivery enablement across Secure Network Services, Secure Network Enforcement, and Connectivity, partnering with Product Owners and technology leaders on roadmap alignment and execution. I mobilized and launched 11 squads comprising 150+ people and established crew-level planning and governance rhythms.
I built Jira analytics dashboards for flow, dependencies, risks, and data quality, alongside Power BI views for predictability and OKRs. This work helped lift Flow Velocity to 27.3% and cut Flow Time to 9.5 days.
I also designed Microsoft Copilot agents for flow optimization, Jira hygiene, and PACE assistance using prompt engineering and RAG. Earlier at DXC TECHNOLOGY, I supported Agile delivery for insurance and cloud programs, and led test automation for Sabre Red Workspace using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Groovy.
