I've run a direct-to-consumer fitness and supplement business end to end as its founder and sole operator, managing sourcing, supplier negotiation, order fulfillment, quality control, and customer issue resolution.

I built SOPs for vendor sourcing and fulfillment, along with Excel and Google Sheets tracking systems for orders, inventory, costs, margins, and fulfillment bottlenecks. My supplier negotiations have sustained gross margins of up to 50% while maintaining product quality and delivery reliability.

Previously, at H.K. Enterprises, I executed quality assurance procedures, monitored products across their lifecycle, conducted root-cause analysis, and worked with production teams to resolve defects. At MTNL, I monitored network performance data, audited IP addresses, and produced daily operational reports.

I'm now looking to bring my hands-on process improvement, supply chain, reporting, and cross-functional problem-solving experience to an Operations Analyst role in a structured organization.
