I’m a Senior Network Specialist with 17+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale enterprise networks. I focus on Cisco and Juniper environments and specialize in SD-WAN, L2/L3 networking, routing protocols, and wireless controller operations.
I’ve led operations and escalations for enterprise customers, including Walgreens, JetBlue, Infosys, AON, Medtronics, Swisscom, and Verizon Telecom (USA). I handle SD-WAN configuration and troubleshooting across Versa, Viptela, Meraki, and SilverPeak, while driving RCA, ticket resolution, and escalations through ServiceNow and ETMS.
My work has consistently supported complex WAN infrastructure—routing and switching with Cisco 9000/7600/3800 and Juniper MX/M/SRX, plus Nexus and Catalyst series. I’ve managed monitoring and circuit visibility using Assure1 and other tools, and I perform license and certificate renewals to keep SD-WAN platforms stable.
