What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and improve digital operations systems where workflow automation, clean data, clear SOPs, and reliable execution reduce manual friction and help teams move faster.

I’ve built digital operations systems for lead intake, CRM hygiene, exception handling, and executive triage using Make.com, Airtable, Notion, Asana, and AI workflows.

At TripXL Holidays, I managed non-GDS flight-ticketing exceptions, including cancellations, reissues, and supplier reconciliations under strict fare rules. I also tested a new B2C flight booking engine, logging UI/UX edge cases and data-validation issues before rollout.

As an independent Digital Operations Coordinator, I designed foundational operations infrastructure for an early-stage venture. I automated lead routing in Make.com and n8n, structured HubSpot pipelines, and configured Asana intake queues and project templates for distributed teams.

My proof-of-work includes a sub-two-minute automated data-hygiene pipeline, a Notion-based exception OS, an AI SOP friction-audit engine, and a Claude-powered executive brief workflow. I bring a quantitative finance foundation and practical experience building reliable processes where accuracy and SLA discipline matter.
