Defined and executed the channels program for Freshteam, increasing new MRR by 25% QoQ. Researched and identified target markets to generate maximum revenue with the lowest possible investment.

Setup and led the GTM team for Freshrelease, a 0-1 project management solution, owning sales, presales, onboarding, customer success, and support functions. Generated over $250K in ARR in less than a year with zero marketing budget.

Ranked #2 Presales Consultant across Freshworks for 2019, adding over $2 million in ARR in less than a year. Responsible for complete technical ownership of accounts, including requirement gathering, product demonstration, and PoC.

Owned presales and product management functions of MWatch, Mindtree’s IMS service delivery accelerator. Responsible for product demonstrations to customer CXOs and interacting with internal teams to build the product roadmap.

Developed RESTful services as part of an architectural revamp and designed a multi-geography website monitoring tool using Selenium API. Led development of MWatch Control System, adhoc reporting, and SLA modules.

Conducted a Proof of Concept (PoC) to integrate Mindtree’s MWatch with Microsoft’s System Center Operations Manager 2012. Explored both API and database-based approaches for integration.
