At Shiprocket, I manage daily cargo panel and Blinkit appointment data across courier partners, keeping operational reporting accurate and timely.
I build automation workflows with Google Apps Script and create interactive dashboards, MIS reports, and Google Sheets trackers that give leadership real-time visibility into operations. I also investigate shipment and weight discrepancies directly with courier partners to reduce recurring reporting errors.
Previously, I supported high-accuracy operational reporting at Spinny and reconciled seller wallet data against ERP records during my Shiprocket finance operations internship. I enjoy turning complex data into reliable, decision-ready reports while expanding my knowledge of reconciliation, billing, and FTL payment workflows.
