I’m an Operation & Data Analyst with 1 year of hands-on experience supporting business operations through data science, machine learning, and business intelligence. My focus is deriving actionable insights from complex operational and financial datasets to drive strategic decision-making.

In my recent role, I managed day-to-day operational workflows and cross-department coordination, while building and maintaining MIS reporting. I developed daily/weekly reporting, stock & inventory reports, and performance dashboards to give management real-time visibility into KPIs and operational performance.

I also built finance reports covering revenue, expenses, and profit margins, and created service costing models to improve pricing and profitability analysis. Through Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), I identified trends in financial and operational data and translated them into insights for business growth.

Alongside operations, I use Python and SQL and apply ML techniques like Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and K-Means for projects including sentiment analysis and customer segmentation. I bring strong Excel expertise, using tools like VLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, and Pivot Tables, to keep reporting accurate and decision-ready.
