I’m a Data Analyst focused on turning operational and business data into actionable insights. I build interactive dashboards, automate reporting workflows, and translate KPIs into clear recommendations for cross-functional teams.

At Zen Flo Solutions Private Limited (Data Analyst Intern, June 2026–Present), I built recurring MIS dashboards and operational reports for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Delhivery. I analyze uptime, utilization, trips, SLA compliance, ticket turnaround time, battery SoC, and cost-per-kilometer to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

I also design automated reporting and vehicle-defect ticketing workflows using Python and Google Apps Script. To ensure accuracy, I perform data reconciliation between internal fleet management systems and client datasets for 180+ vehicles, using chassis numbers as the primary validation key.

In my projects, I apply SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Power BI to uncover inefficiencies and drive decisions. From transportation network optimization using DAX-based what-if analysis (simulating strategies and identifying opportunities for up to 10% cost reduction) to customer segmentation and retail sales analytics dashboards, I enjoy finding patterns that leaders can act on.
