I’m a DevOps and Cloud infra-oriented Engineer with 3.9 years of experience in application and production support, Linux system administration, and cloud-native infrastructure. In my current Application Support Engineer role at Kyndryl, I manage production Linux and Kubernetes environments using Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and AKS, while executing monthly minor and major patch upgrades on AKS clusters to maintain 99.9% availability and zero production downtime.

I strengthen operations by automating BAU activities—patching, health checks, and scheduled tasks—using Ansible Tower, reducing manual effort by ~40% across multi-server Linux environments. I also own incident and change handling with detailed POA creation, troubleshoot production issues through log analysis and root cause identification, and restore services within SLA. I collaborate across teams in a demanding 24x7 on-call model as the Linux/Kubernetes focal point, covering Blue-green/rolling deployments and proactive monitoring using ScienceLogic, AIOps platforms, and ServiceNow (GSNOW) to keep CIs healthy and highly available.
