I’m looking to own end-to-end technical recruiting, partner closely with hiring managers, and use AI-enabled sourcing and data-driven dashboards to reduce time-to-fill while improving candidate quality across engineering and AI/ML roles.

I’m a Technical Recruiter with 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across engineering, design, Salesforce, Data Engineering, and AI/ML hiring. I own the process end-to-end—from role intake to offer closure and pre-joining engagement—partnering with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and evaluation criteria.

I drive proactive multi-channel sourcing (ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and talent mapping) while managing ATS workflows, candidate pipelines, stakeholder communication, and recruitment metrics like funnel conversion and source effectiveness. I’ve also implemented AI-enabled sourcing and screening workflows to improve hiring speed and quality, and I present hiring analytics and dashboards to leadership.
