I use historical data, trend evaluation, and continuous improvement to strengthen product quality and conformance to specifications. I also partner with Industrial Engineering to implement paperless solutions for Q&FS programs.
Previously at Russell Stover Chocolate, I led cross-functional efforts to improve FSQA standards, advised production teams on quality and food safety issues, and managed the FSQA team when the on-site manager was absent.
I'm a certified FSSC 22000 v6 Lead Auditor with Advanced HACCP and PCQI credentials, focused on practical corrective actions, compliant QMS, and collaborative food safety improvement.
