What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a tele-counselor position and am available for permanent, fixed-term, internship, freelance, work-study, or part-time contracts. I’m open to on-site, hybrid, or remote work.

I ran an independent online sales activity in Bamako, buying clothing, accessories, and shoes in China and reselling them in Mali. I found customers mainly through Snapchat, TikTok, WhatsApp, and word of mouth.

I responded to customer messages, presented products, offered advice, and negotiated sales. I also handled orders and payments and coordinated deliveries, with support from a delivery person.

When customers were dissatisfied, I stayed calm and polite while working toward a solution. The business generated approximately 200,000 to 250,000 FCFA in monthly revenue.

As an online French trainer, I support an entrepreneur learning French and adapt my explanations to the learner’s level. I’m seeking a tele-counselor position where I can put my customer service and sales experience to use.
