At Greeva Software Solutions (TAFE Account), I applied DMAIC and 5-Why methods to reduce defects from 1,856–3,082 PPM to zero across production lines. AGV and Pick-to-Light poka-yoke systems also cut related line stoppages by up to 99%.
At Foxconn Precision Engineering, I planned production processes for EV powertrains and developed SOPs and work instructions. I also worked with cross-functional teams on production lines and applied lean manufacturing practices.
