At Suprabha Protective Products, I conduct quality inspections and manage new-product trials for polymer and VCI industrial packaging. I reduced production waste by 2% through production planning and workflow optimization.
I built a Python production scheduling application using CP-SAT optimization algorithms to minimize downtime and improve job allocation. I also analyze extrusion lamination data to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
My mechanical engineering work includes CATIA V5 modeling, GD&T, CNC and VMC manufacturing, and quality inspection. I’ve designed a 5-DOF robotic arm for additive manufacturing, a two-stage lathe gearbox, and a wireless EV charging station.
