At Resulticks Edge Solution Technologies, I build REST APIs and backend services for RESUL 5.0 marketing automation, an internal learning management system, and a document management platform. I’ve delivered multi-tenant workflows, customer forms, campaign features, JWT authentication, secure uploads, document versioning, and learner progress tracking.
I migrated six background services from C# to Python using PyArrow Feather storage, implemented AES/GCM encryption for PII, and coordinate Azure DevOps CI/CD deployments with infrastructure teams. Previously at Infosys, I developed business-critical ASP.NET MVC modules, SQL Server integrations, SSIS packages, reusable approval workflows, and SMTP notification services.
I also build AI-powered applications using Semantic Kernel, Groq, and Ollama, including communication coaching and interview-preparation tools with specialized agents, document search, mock interviews, and structured LLM feedback.
