At Infosys, I build Python backend services and cloud-native APIs for platforms including E.ON Next's developer-facing dashboard.
I've integrated Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Kraken energy platform, built webhook-driven data pipelines, and delivered REST APIs for billing statements, handover requests, disputes, and customer complaints. I use AWS Lambda, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, SQS, Terraform, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic to create scalable, version-controlled environments with CI/CD automation.
I also turn warehouse, logistics, incident, and service-request data into operational insights through SQL, ServiceNow, ETL, EDA, and Power BI dashboards. My work has earned multiple client appreciations for resolving critical issues within SLAs, along with Infosys delivery excellence awards.
