I'm looking for opportunities where I can apply my US recruitment, customer support, communication, and technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

I'm currently supporting Affirm customers through Foundever in Hyderabad, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats for payment concerns, account issues, and transaction disputes.

I deliver accurate, timely, and empathetic support while meeting First Call Resolution, Customer Satisfaction Score, and Average Handling Time metrics. My English communication skills help me build trust and rapport with US-based customers.

Previously at Belcan India, I managed the full US IT and non-IT recruitment lifecycle for clients including Amazon, Amgen, and Rivian. I sourced, screened, interviewed, negotiated offers, supported onboarding, and maintained candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

I also bring a technical foundation in Java, C, C++, Python, and Machine Learning, supported by projects in mobile safety applications and online real estate management systems.
