I’m a QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in enterprise financial platforms and AI-driven applications, focused on backend validation, API testing, and mobile testing for Android and iOS releases. I help teams ship stable deployments by validating dashboards, workflows, and production behavior end to end.

In my current role with PhenomIT Services Pvt. Ltd. (Client: Fortress Investment Group), I test vendor onboarding and vendor management dashboard workflows, including approvals, access control, and financial data management. I also validate Triton and Charles River trade workflows for backend data consistency and enterprise integrations.

I bring strong coverage to AI products by testing Fortress AI—validating conversational accuracy, prompt handling, response consistency, and workflow behavior. Alongside that, I perform REST API and authentication validation, using SQL queries, Postman, and Charles Proxy, and run functional, regression, smoke, integration, backend, and UAT testing during agile sprint cycles.

Previously at Bobble.Ai, I tested AI-driven keyboard features and supported release readiness for 60+ Android Play Store releases and 25+ iOS production releases. I collaborated with developers on crash log and ACD monitoring, fixed critical typing and usability defects, and contributed to a 25% improvement in organic user retention and application stability.
