At ADP, I lead requirement analysis, testing, and production support for payroll product enhancements. I’ve delivered initiatives including Report Migration, CGC Module, Reimbursement Sync, and the Run Your Own Payroll application.
I designed and executed 150+ test scenarios, analyzed defects, and supported successful production sign-offs. I also work with Product and Engineering teams on workflow improvements, statutory updates, and product functionality.
I serve as a point of contact for clients and cross-functional teams, and create training materials and user documentation. I’ve also conducted product demonstrations for leadership, internal teams, and clients.
