What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow in conflict resolution and criminal justice through mediation, accurate documentation, and clear communication. I also want to contribute dependable security practices and structured care, in teams that value professionalism and accountability.

I’m a Conflict Resolution Center Mediator/Intern focused on analyzing conflicts, mediating disputes/negotiations, and restoring relationships through constructive communication.

In my work, I document detailed mediation sessions and formal settlement agreements, and I promote events while managing social engagement through Instagram. With permission, I also audio record discussions to ensure accuracy and clarity.

I bring a strong background in security and structured reporting. As a roving security guard, I log all activity while on post, report suspicious activity to supervisors, and operate and file reports for alarms coming from the Surveillance Operation Center (SOC).

I also support care and coordination. As a private nurse, I created a spreadsheet to track supplies and prevent shortages, and I conducted periodic resident checks with appropriate documentation, while my work-study experience included supervising Residential Life Coordination (RLC) and resident assistants to ensure visitors followed campus security policies.
