Thomas Nicholas
@thomasnicholas
Entry-level legal and client-service professional focused on clear advocacy and accurate documentation.
What I'm looking for
I’m an undergrad legal intern and campus information professional who combines written and oral advocacy with strong client service and relationship building. I communicate with clarity, professionalism, and confidentiality while supporting people in high-stakes environments.
In my legal experiences, I reviewed and summarized evidence to help prepare attorneys for client meetings, assisted in drafting motions and court documents, and supported counsel by helping inform clients of charges and rights. I also observed general court proceedings to better understand how cases move through the system.
Alongside that, I volunteer in a civil business office where I checked the accuracy of digitally scanned court documents to ensure proper filing, and I assisted in organizing court documents and materials. I bring a careful, detail-oriented approach that keeps work reliable and organized.
I also bring leadership and community-focused strengths from supervising 20+ students daily, designing activities that fostered collaboration and positive group dynamics, and building strong parent relationships through responsive communication and advocacy. I’m currently pursuing a B.A. in Communication with a minor in Public Administration, and I’m eager to apply these skills in a role that values teamwork, accuracy, and effective advocacy.
