At Calldesk, I built and launched a live, multi-tenant AI voice receptionist for home-service businesses. It answers calls, books jobs, and helps recover missed-call revenue.
I designed its voice pipeline with Twilio speech, GPT-4o-mini intent triage, FAQ-grounded GPT-4o answers, and ElevenLabs text-to-speech. I also built voice booking with Google Calendar and Calendly, along with lead capture and call summaries.
At Pro Leads Marketing LLC, I worked directly with the business owner to turn business problems into production systems that powered $10M+ in company revenue. I built real-time voice agents, RAG knowledge bases, and AI SMS and email chatbots with live booking.
My other work includes Django and Python REST APIs for client SaaS products at Crowdbotics, and React tools and ERC-721 wallet minting flows at Minority Programmers Association. Earlier, at Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC, I worked across banking operations and maintained branch network and firewall policy.
