What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to grow in a remote customer service role where I can support customers, solve problems, and use my communication and computer skills.

I've supported the World Food Program project at Broad-Spectrum by collecting and checking data, maintaining accurate records, and resolving small reporting issues. I worked closely with my team to meet deadlines while speaking with people daily.

Previously, I helped customers with questions and purchases at a family-owned pharmacy, handled sales transactions, and supported daily operations. I'm comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, Excel, and data entry, and I communicate in English, Twi, Dagbani, and Fante.
