I am a highly organized and proactive administrator with a strong background in managing multiple tasks and coordinating events. My experience includes working with Women's Voices, where I successfully managed schedules, correspondence, and records to ensure smooth office operations. I am passionate about supporting research, training, and awareness initiatives that drive positive societal change, particularly in areas related to domestic abuse and social justice.

In my role, I organized and facilitated community events and support group meetings, which significantly increased participation. I developed strong stakeholder relationships by collaborating with diverse teams and assisted in mapping areas of high need and resource allocation. My commitment to empowering women is evident through my support in building resilience and self-confidence through structured activities.

Additionally, I have volunteered as a teaching assistant at Lancasterian School, where I provided educational and emotional support to students with special needs. I facilitated group activities and one-on-one sessions to enhance learning, working closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to track student progress.
