What I'm looking for
I’m a detail-focused administrative support professional with hands-on experience coordinating student services, events, and day-to-day operations. I help keep work organized by managing schedules, records, and communication with clarity and consistency.
In my Virtual Learning & Instructional Technology/Student Tech Experience role, I supported office efficiency by responding to emails, answering inquiries, and maintaining records. I managed and updated inventory for equipment and supplies, and I scheduled, organized, and prepared materials for events and workshops.
As a Student Government Association/Secretary, I strengthened meeting structure and accountability by preparing agendas and recording accurate meeting minutes on time. I served as the official timekeeper, coordinated communication between officers and leadership, and maintained organized digital records for meetings and correspondence.
In my current Academic Readiness Center role, I combine administrative coordination with digital outreach—creating and scheduling social media content, designing flyers in Canva, and supporting tabling and student outreach. I also support daily operations through front desk coverage, student sign-in/sign-out, and monitoring online tutoring sessions to connect students with tutors when needed.
