What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an opportunity in an innovative organization where I can apply technical support, system administration, networking, and cloud computing skills while contributing to business objectives and technology growth.

I've supported daily IT operations during my Information Technology Officer internship at RONIN, helping employees resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

I installed and maintained Windows operating systems, software, and peripheral devices while managing LAN and Wi-Fi connectivity. I also created user accounts, configured email access, and maintained permissions.

My work included preventive maintenance, updates, antivirus management, data backups, and troubleshooting desktop, printer, and connectivity issues. I've also supported cybersecurity best practices and data confidentiality.

I'm pursuing a BS in Cloud Computing & Information Science at Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology and have completed projects in Microsoft Azure Virtual Machine Deployment and research integrity verification.
