I’m an IT professional in the final year of a BS in Information Technology, building hands-on experience through a Tech Support Intern role and focused system administration work.
In my current remote position, I support Windows, Microsoft 365, and user account management using Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. I assist with Windows Server administration, WSUS patch deployment, Veeam backup monitoring, and routine system health checks.
I also support website and hosting operations—covering WordPress management, DNS/domain management, SSL certificate handling, and backup/restore procedures. I monitor infrastructure using Zabbix, triage alerts, and document technical fixes clearly to support ongoing IT operations.
Before this, I completed a cybersecurity internship where I performed security assessments on sample environments, identified common vulnerabilities, and documented risk mitigation recommendations. I’ve also supported university lab readiness and taught computer science in a classroom setting, strengthening my ability to troubleshoot and communicate technical concepts effectively.
