I'm looking for an entry-level customer support, technical support, or administrative role where I can apply my technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving skills while learning and gaining professional experience.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networking & Security at Sir Syed University of Engineering & Technology, with graduation in progress.

I've built foundational knowledge in Windows, computer networking, cybersecurity, hardware and software troubleshooting, and AI productivity tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot. I also work confidently with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, internet research, email management, and document handling.

I'm eager to contribute in customer support, technical support, or administrative operations while continuing to learn new software and develop professionally.
