Rae Pawley

At Fredrick Douglass High School, I lead curriculum initiatives as Fine Arts Department Chair and Visual Arts Educator. I collaborate with educators, mentor developing teachers, and contribute to school-wide strategic decision-making.

I founded Rae Pawley Art, a creative services business that has served 200+ clients. I manage client relationships, contracts, project timelines, marketing systems, and business operations from consultation through completion.

My work in education includes instructional design, professional learning, stakeholder communication, and program development. I focus on creating meaningful learning experiences and developing solutions that help people connect with ideas and resources.

Earlier in my career, I worked as a Visual Arts Instructor at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School and held roles in account management, art instruction, and studio management.
