I’m a motivated data professional with hands-on experience in analytics, business intelligence, and data-driven decision-making. I focus on building data systems that turn raw customer or sales signals into clear, actionable insights.

As a Segmentation and Data Mining Supervisor at e& Egypt, I built a K-Means clustering model on telecom customer usage data, including outlier detection and IQR-based capping. I then profiled each segment using medians and percentiles to explain behavioral patterns, and I developed a classification model to categorize customers as Droppers, Maintainers, or Growers for retention and customer value optimization.

I translate analysis into business outcomes through multi-layered SQL querying and clear visual storytelling using Think-Cell and PowerPoint. I also collaborate with internal teams to deploy models into production and partner with business owners to design and execute A/B testing experiments, using performance metrics to assess results.

Previously, as a Data Analyst at Dsquares, I analyzed loyalty programs, structured a robust data warehouse using Dataform in BigQuery, and built dynamic Looker Data Studio dashboards with KPI and time-series views. I also built 10+ Airflow alerts powered by Python scripts with real-time email and Telegram notifications, and I continue expanding my pipeline skills through projects like an end-to-end e-commerce analytics pipeline and classification modeling.
