I am a motivated Data Analyst with certifications from IBM and Microsoft in Data Analysis and Visualization. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in data science, culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Data Science from Alexandria University. I have actively participated in projects that honed my technical, teamwork, and communication skills, preparing me for real-world challenges.

During my summer internship at CIB Egypt, I collaborated with the Data Science team to develop an anomaly detection model that significantly improved branch processes and reduced customer wait times. I built predictive models for call center demand and optimized branch locations, which enhanced customer engagement through targeted marketing strategies. Currently, I am further expanding my business analytics skills through a Udacity Nanodegree, aiming to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
