At IQVIA, I review and verify pharmacy data for network enrollment, maintain provider records, and use Excel reporting to support operations. I also investigate claims, review EOBs, reconcile reimbursement payments, and resolve payment discrepancies.

I've supported accurate payment processing through ACH penny tests, banking verification, payment reissues, refund reviews, escheatment, lockbox payments, and ERA transaction posting. I participate in audits and work within regulatory and company compliance requirements.

Previously, I handled medication-order entry, billing transactions, inventory replenishment, prescription review, and insurance issues at PharmScript. I worked with Frameworks and DocuTrack while following HIPAA and state and federal regulations.
