I'm currently leading end-to-end platform implementations at Arcesium for hedge funds and institutional asset managers, from scoping and integrations through testing, go-live, and adoption. I've delivered hedge fund launches, Treasury implementation, and onboarding for a $160B asset manager.

At State Street, I led global transformation initiatives spanning reconciliations, organization design, footprint optimization, and major workforce transitions. My work supported approximately $30M in operating-model savings and modeled approximately $45M in location-strategy savings.
